Gangour Investments Limited is an integral part of R L Agarwala Group of Companies, which has a rich experience of more than five decades in the field of capital markets. The group was a renowned member of Calcutta Stock Exchange since 1963. To further this commitment, the company became the member of National Stock Exchange (NSE) in the year 1995. It’s sister concern RL Agarwala Capital Markets Limited became a member of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in the year 2007. Gangour aims to profess, provide and promote professional consultancy and sound guidance to each and every investor category – Individual, Corporate & Institutional. Gangour is managed by a balanced mix of young & dynamic as well as able & experienced group of qualified professionals.
Gangour under its umbrella has a clientele of both individual and corporate clients.

Lt. Ratan Lal Agarwala
Our late Chairman, Mr. Ratan Lal Agarwala was a visionary leader, his contributions to our company and the industry at large have been immense. With a career spanning over 50 years, he was a stalwart in the stock brokers community and a highly-respected figure in society.
Mr. Agarwala was a hard-working individual, who led by example and inspired his team to strive for excellence. He had a deep understanding of the industry and was always ahead of the curve in anticipating market trends and adapting accordingly. His foresight and strategic planning were instrumental in shaping the growth of our company.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Agarwala was also a very social person, who was deeply committed to giving back to society. He supported various charitable causes and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
His presence and guidance will be sorely missed, but his legacy will continue to inspire us to uphold the values of integrity, hard work, and social responsibility that he embodied.

Yash Agarwal, our Executive Director is a Commerce graduate from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata, and an MBA in Finance. He brings with him vast knowledge and expertise in the field of business and finance. Yash is committed to identifying new opportunities and leveraging our strengths to capitalize on them.
Sunil Kumar Jain: Head of Operations
Mr. Jain is our Head of Operations with over 40 years of experience in the industry. With his vast experience and in-depth knowledge, Mr. Jain plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization.
Ravi Yaduka: Head of Finance
Mr. Yaduka has a wealth of knowledge in financial management, accounting, and business analysis. He works closely with our executive team to ensure that our financial decisions align with our organization's goals and objectives.
Saket Sharma: Head of Institutional Dealing
Mr. Sharma has over 20 years of experience and looks after all our Institutional clients; he is a key player in driving our institutional dealings forward. He has a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients and is skilled at executing their trades smoothly.
Vinod Kr Poddar: Head of HNI & Retails Clients
Mr. Poddar is our chief dealer for the HNI and Retail segment. He has an experience of over 15 years in the field of trading.
